The most common of all home inspections, often referred to as a pre-purchase inspection, a HomeCore standard inspection is generally done when an offer has been accepted with a condition of a satisfactory home inspection. Standard inspections may also take place prior to making an offer if the property is likely to receive multiple offers (usually only an offer with no conditions will be accepted in these situations). HomeCore will always treat an inspection taking place prior to the offer date in the exact same way as if you had already purchased the home conditional on inspection – there should be no shortcuts or abbreviated inspections. Quite simply, that wouldn’t be fair for you.

HomeCore strongly believes that hiring the right home inspector to help you with this important buying decision is a serious and important business. We take great pride in providing our clients with the most comprehensive and detailed home inspection in the industry. We have the utmost respect for our clients and their needs. Our service before, during, and after the inspection is second to none.

Rob was thorough, articulate, professional and very easy to talk to. Everything about the inspection was more than I expected and Rob was very handy and extremely informative.
Overall I was very pleased with my home inspection service and would recommend HomeCore to family and friends.
Thank you again for the fantastic service and keep up the great work.
Sincerely,
– Liz

A HomeCore inspection looks at each of the major systems (roofing, exterior, structure, interior, heating and cooling, plumbing, electrical, and insulation) that together make up a home. A detailed report is prepared and presented to the buyer at the time of inspection. The average HomeCore inspection is longer than most others at about three hours plus exterior time. Particularly large houses or those in poor condition take longer.

All HomeCore Standard Inspections include no charge follow-up consultations for as long as you own the home.
