Single Item & Troubleshooting Inspections

Troubleshooting specific problems requires extensive knowledge of home systems as well as considerable experience in dealing with a wide array of home and property related problems. Single items inspections require an ability to understand cause and effect and to think in a creative fashion.

Because no two troubleshooting inspections are exactly the same in any given situation, all HomeCore single items inspections start with a no-charge telephone consultation with the inspector who will attend to determine the specific nature of the problem and the likelihood of resolution by a non-invasive inspection. In some cases, minor destructive testing may be required (upon approval).

Most single item inspections can be provided within the base timeline of 1.5 hours. If during the telephone consultation  it’s determined it’s likely to go beyond the base timeline, you’ll know before you book the inspection.
